Company Overview
ALLSIDE Costa Rica is a unique Real Estate company created to better serve clients and investors in Southern Costa Rica and surrounding areas. Founding partners Joshua Kanter of Orlando, FL and Nick Brown of Santa Cruz, CA both moved to the tranquil beach town of Playa Dominical, Costa Rica in 2005.

ALLSIDE Costa Rica is based out of Lagunas near Playa Dominical in the Southern Zone, and also utilizes connections with various brokers and agents throughout Costa Rica to offer the most potential listing options for our clients.

Our goal is to provide superior service to our customers with expertise and integrity. We at ALLSIDE Costa Rica believe passionately that there is a better way to provide Real Estate services and strive to exceed client expectations.

Joshua Kanter - Partner | Broker
Josh is from Orlando, Florida and began travelling to Costa Rica in 1998 and fell in love with the beautiful country and people. He continued to travel to Costa Rica and the Dominical area throughout college and graduated from the University of Florida with a degree in Business Administration in 2003. Josh then continued on to Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College completing his MBA in 2005 with dual majors in International Business and Management. Upon finishing his education he decided to move to the emerging Southern Pacific Zone in search of an investment opportunity. He subsequently met his wife and they are now proud parents of two young daughters, which they plan on raising in Costa Rica.

Nick Brown - Partner | Broker
Nick is from Santa Cruz, California and moved to Costa Rica on his very first trip to the country in 2005. Nick studied architecture design and building and has US experience in both fields. Nick also has design and construction experience in Costa Rica, which is a great benefit to our clients whether looking for property to build their dream home or a home already built. He is also married and has built his life here in paradise.
